Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Vyrl LLC ("we") for using this site: creator pages, the dashboard, and the tools in it. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including your team's actions.
• An account for a business must be opened by someone allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your page and content

You keep ownership of what you add: links, text, pictures, videos, transcripts and answers. You give us permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the service, including sending it to our AI providers to power the features you use, and showing your public page and media kit to anyone you share them with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

Rules for using the service

Don't use the service to:

• break the law, or link to anything illegal, including counterfeit goods and unlicensed gambling
• mislead people: phishing, impersonation, fake giveaways, or links that hide where they go
• spread malware, or attack or overload the service
• fake clicks, sales or entries, or game an affiliate program or a brand campaign
• publish content that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone, or sexual content involving minors

You're responsible for telling your audience about affiliate links and paid partnerships as the law and each platform require. We label affiliate links on your page, but that doesn't replace your own disclosures.

We may remove content, pause links or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

The free plan

The free plan is free because it carries our branding. Free pages show a "Made with" badge and may show sponsored content from us or our partners, always clearly labelled and kept apart from your own links. Paid plans show neither. We'll give free plan users at least 30 days' notice before sponsored content first appears on their pages.

Paid plans

• Prices are on our pricing page. Stripe takes payment, and plans renew automatically each month or year.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• AI answers beyond the amount included in your plan are billed as described on the pricing page.
• We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for you, so you can cancel first.

Affiliate tracking and reports

We add a click number to affiliate links so networks can tell us about sales. The commissions you see come from those networks and shops; they pay you, not us, and their records decide what you're owed. We work to keep reports accurate but can't promise they match a network's own numbers.

Brand campaigns

Brands fund campaigns in advance and pay the platform fee shown when they create one. Creators who join a campaign are paid for the results it approves, through Stripe, after the campaign's holding period. We may hold back or reverse payment for results that look fraudulent.

Giveaways

We provide tools for running giveaways, but the creator running one is its sponsor. The sponsor is responsible for its rules, prizes, and following the law where it's offered, including registration or bonding where required.

AI features

Assistant answers are generated automatically from a creator's videos and answers. They can be wrong or out of date, aren't professional advice, and don't speak for us. Creators are responsible for what their assistant is set up to discuss.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we must close by law. When an account is closed, its page goes offline and its data is deleted as our privacy policy describes.

Our responsibility

We provide the service as it is and as available. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost commissions or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

You agree to cover our costs from claims caused by your content or by your breaking these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders about anything important at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of United States, without taking away protections consumers have where they live.
